Modeling and Simulation of a Tangential Filter Unit

摘要

This paper presents a mathematical model of the separation by tangential filtration of diluted solid-liquld systems. The subject is treated from the mathematical point of view step by step considering Initially a one-dimension processs whereas In a second part the problem is solved considering two dimensions. The model takes Into account the process considering the total fluid flow as welt as the permeate transport. The model is numerically solved and the results presented la graphical form.
