On the Pharmacokinetics of Chloramphenicol

摘要

The aim of this paper is to present the knowledge concerning the diffusion of chloramphenicol in the human body. A mathematical model is proposed for describing drug release from a crosslinked matrix and the mechanism of diffusion into the extracellular space of the brain, after parenteral administration.
