Study of Evolution of Lactic Acid Concentration - Determined by Reflectance Photometry

It is known the essential role of lactic acids derivatives in organisms as metabolism products, fuels for sustaining of physical effort and vector of different drugs. In this paper it is obvious the evolution of concentrations level in lactic acid in course of effort. In processes of preparation and selection of sportsmen's one from important indicators oj adaptation ability to efforts is the level of concentrations of the lactic acid in sanguine circuit. The concentration of tactic acid was determined by reflectance diffuse photometry working with a portable analyzer.
