Vapor-liquid equilibria (VLE) calculation in binary mixtures of CO_2 with n-alkanes from methane to eicosane were performed using three equations of state (EOS): the General Equation of State (GEOS), the new GEOS form (GEOS3C), and Peng-Robinson equation of state (PR-EOS). Mixing rules of van der Waals type with one and two interaction parameters were used in order to get good results in VLE calculations. Two interaction parameters mixing rules proved to be appropriate for the systems with higher n-alkanes (n-10).
