摘要

A novel design method of high efficiency CO2 laser resonator gratings, which has good applicability and achievement in technology, is presented. Based on electromagnetic theory of gratings, the relationship between efficiency and blaze angle , apex angle of grating is numerically analyzed. A design idea of laser resonator gratings, making use of efficiency contour graph is given. Taking the grating with blaze wavelength 10. 6 μm and groove density 80gr/mm for example, in the light of efficiency contour method, the optimized value and range of grating geometry parameters are designed, the efficiency is more than 98%. According to design parameters, the test value of efficiency is 95. 2%. This method is better than traditional grating equation design method whatever in theory or technology.
