Now all over the world aerospace researches of the Earth are intensified, getting universal character. In this connection the special urgency is got with methods of geomonitoring of a water surface in a context of a contamination their various waste products, that, naturally, the irreparable damage causes to flora and fauna. As show numerous researches in the field of measurements in physics of a radar-location, the majority of natural objects are represented for the further processing, as fractal objects. With a view of impurities recognition of water area (in particular, oil floods, chemical waste products) water surface we shall use methods fractal geometry. Taking into account heterogeneity of a researched zone such as “a water surface an oil spillage” and, knowing standard values of components of this structure, it is possible on the basis of Mandelbrate's law to define multyfractal dimension of researched object. Comparing the received values on geomonitoring data with reference, we can as a first approximation to distinguish the indicator attributes of a zone, “a water table an oil spillage” and its geometrical sizes.
