Internet and the Cyberspace Utopia: from Interactive to Collaborative Space

The scope of this analysis is to focus on the change that the Internet has imposed in the last few years and the road it is tracing now as a possible future development. In particular, we will briefly cover three areas of interest and verify the possible impact of some new trends in the approaching the world of ICT and the Information Society, over the utilization of the Internet as a social network.1. Collaborative Law - Collaborative JusticeTo begin with a sort of slogan we are assisting now to the birthof the next stage after Interactivity: the "Collaborativity".The inspiration for this term comes from that particular branchof Computer Science that studies the Computer SupportedCollaborative Work (CSCW), but in this context, it is use in amuch broader and "profane" sense, involving a particularattitude or skill that Internet users are now developing,according to the evolution trends of the Internet itself.What does this mean? Why is this happening? What will theconsequences be?This is just the beginning of a research field that appears to beopening a new whole scenario to study.
