The service model of the subject librarian in research institution library

摘要

With the introduction of the subject librarian system in the domestic library, the research institution libraries are urgent to carry out disciplinary service in the knowledge services environment in order to promote the development of scientific and technological innovation. In this paper, the subject librarian service model are discussed from the construction of the meaning of the subject librarian, collection development in the subject service and how to carried out discipline services in the first-line scientific researchers.
