This paper is an investigation of Rudolph Schindler's works while his studying under the guidance of Otto Wagner.In comparison of the works done by Wagner, his students (Wagner School) including Schindler, following results to be obtained.There are two influential factors, one is symmetrical composition, and the other is reduction of architectural items into line and plane.In detail,1) He based on the symmetric whole constitution based on the axis.2) In vertical plane constitution, he gradually separated from three levels of constitution.In addition, it is removed the decoration with it I this period.3) Outer layer constitution to make a component reduction to a line and an plane, and to include rule characteristics of facade.4) The direct expression of the structural body.
