While the lack of investigation will cause incorrect reflection of industry construction spiritual meaning, namely original construction recessive economic agent. For excited local social vigor, one of the most important things is to grasp the requirement of the city. Thus we can influence the local vigor and economy from behavior, mentality, social culture aspects and so on. In the process of industrial construction reusing, we build up the local social vigor space not only based on the prosperity of culture, but also on the supporting of economy.
