超多头电脑刺绣机机架结构性能研究

         

摘要

电脑刺绣机是刺绣行业的主要机种,属于多激励的动力学系统。随着机头数的不断增加及主轴转速的提高,对机架结构的刚度性能、振动性能要求越来越高。为了提高机架的刚度、振动性能,利用先进CAD技术对普通机架和超多头机架结构进行了三维建模,进行了结构分析、对比研究,并用有限元系统对二者进行了静力学和振动力学分析。结果显示:超多头机架的结构设计更加合理,能够满足超多头(56头以上)高速主轴的需要。为优化电脑刺绣机机架设计提供了借鉴。%A computer embroidery machine plays an important role in embroidery industry, and it is a more-motivated dynamical system. As the spindle speed increased, the requirements for the performance of stiffness and vibration of the frame structure increase. To improve chassis stiffness and vibration performance, the CAD models were built by ordinary and ultra-long computer embroidery machine's frame. The performance of the structure was studied. The deformation and vibration characteristics were analyzed using finite element system. The results showed that the structural design of ultra-long rack is more reasonable to meet the needs of high-speed spindle.
