甲壳素纤维结构与性能研究

         

摘要

对甲壳素纤维的结构性能进行了测定分析。研究表明:甲壳素纤维的纵向有沟槽,有些纤维的芯层存在空隙。甲壳素纤维的干、湿态强力比毛纤维高,干态强力基本与粘胶纤维相近。甲壳素纤维的湿强明显低于干强,但下降的幅度要低于普通粘胶。甲壳素纤维的表面比较光滑,卷曲性能较差,抱合力较差,在纺丝时需严格控制湿度。总体看目前的甲壳素纤维还需要进一步提高品质,以满足高品质甲壳素纤维类纺织产品的开发生产。%In this paper, the structure and performance properties of chitin fiber were invetigated in order to provide references to the spinning of chitin yarn. The surface groove and the hole in the core of cross section of chitin fiber were found, although the fiber surface was generally smooth. The dry and wet tensile strength of chitin fiber was higher than that of wool fiber, and dry tensile strength was comparable to rayon. The wet tensile strength of chitin fiber was significantaly decrease compared to the dry tensile strength, but the decrease ratio was lower than that of the rayon. Cohesion of the chitin fiber was worse, and the relative humidity need to be controled during spinning. Generally, the quality of chitin fiber need to be further improved to meet the requirements of the product.
