新疆沙漠高脂微藻的筛选

         

摘要

为从新疆沙漠中筛选高脂微藻,对新疆古尔班通古特沙漠和塔克拉玛干沙漠分离鉴定的12株微藻在初始接种量一致和相同培养条件下,对其收获并冷冻干燥,测定生物量与总脂含量。结果表明:TLD2 A1、TLD7 B-5、GTD3 a-53株微藻生物量比较大,依次为650、600、580 mg/L;微藻藻株GTD3 a-5总脂含量最高,达33.2%;脂肪酸组成分析可知GTD3 a-5油脂富含C16、C17和C18系脂肪酸。以总脂收获量为综合评价指标对12株微藻进行分析,确定藻株GTD3 a-5为一株具有产油潜力的微藻藻株。%The total lipid contents and biomasses of twelve strains of microalgal, isolated and identified from Gurbantonggut desert and Taklimakan desert of Xinjiang,cultured under the same initial inoculum a-mount and conditions and freeze-dried, were determined. The results showed that TLD2A1,TLD7B-5, GTD3a-5 strains had larger biomasses, reaching 650,600 mg/L and 580 mg/L respectively; GTD3a-5 strain had the largest total lipid content, and the analysis result of fatty acid composition indicated that the lipid of GTD3a-5 strain was rich in C16,C17 and C18 fatty acids. The twelve strains of microalgal were analyzed with the total lipid yield as the evaluation index, and GTD3a-5 was an oil-producing potential strain of microalgae.
