This paper analyses the preparation technology,do mestic production and research present status of natural vitamin E. The challeng e and antidote are discussed in developing china's natural vitamin E industry.%对天然维生素E的制备工艺，国内生产、研究现状，我国发展天然维生素E工业所面临的挑战进行分析，并对我国天然维生素E的生产与开发提出建议。
