护理健康教育路径在慢性肝炎患者中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To discuss the health of patients with chronic hepatitis education path, to regulate liver disease nurses and health education to improve the quality of care. Methods Total of 106 cases of chronic hepatitis were randomly divided into experimental group (53 cases) and control group (53 cases). Experimental group by nurse of group responsibility was on the basis of the condition of the patients health education path form uniifed ward, and gradually implement in health education path table time order, and according to the feedback information of nurses and patients to adjust and perfect. Control group was used traditional hospital mission, disease knowledge education, health education methods, such as discharge guidance. Results The patients satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group, the disease recurrence rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group, there was significant differences between two groups (P<0.01). conclusions The implementation of health education path in patients with chronic hepatitis can improve the quality of nursing, it is effective nursing method.%目的:探讨慢性肝炎患者健康教育路径,可以规范肝病科护士健康教育工作并提高了护理质量。方法将106例慢性肝炎患者随机分为实验组及对照组各53例。实验组由责任组护士根据患者具体情况将健康教育路径表统一放置病房内,并按健康教育路径表时间顺序逐步落实,打勾,且根据护士和患者反馈信息,及时调整,完善。对照组采用传统入院宣教,疾病知识宣教,出院指导等健康教育方法。结果实验组中患者满意度高于对照组,疾病复发率显著低于对照组,两组之间存在显著性差异(P <0.01)。结论对慢性肝炎患者实施健康教育路径,能提高护理质量,是行之有效的护理工作方法。
