碳酸钾与相转移催化剂催化的硝基甲烷与α,β-不饱和酰基吡唑的Michael加成反应

摘要

在碳酸钾和18-冠-6的共同催化下,低活性的Michael受体α,β-不饱和酰基吡唑顺利与硝基甲烷发生Michael加成反应,以31%~78%收率合成了5个4-硝基-丁酰基-3,5-二甲基吡唑,其中4个为新化合物,其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征.%An efficient protocol for the Michael addition of nitromethane to α,β-unsaturated pyrazolamides was reported.The Michael reaction proceeded smoothly in the presence of a combination of potassium carbonate and 18-crown-6, and five 4-nitrobutanoyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazoles with the yield of 31%~78% were synthesized, amomg them four were novel compounds.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HR-MS(ESI).
