A new support(l) for solid phase synthesis of gass beads surface with amino was prepared from glass beads by treating in NH3/H2O2/H2O to fulfill surface hydroxylation, then in 3-aminoprop-yltriethoxysilane-toluene solution to accomplish aminosilanization modification. Amino-density of 1 was 8.9 × 10-3 mmol · g-1. The support with arms was obtained by condensation reaction between a-mino(in 1) and carboxyl of 4-{ [4-( hydroxymethyl) phenoxy ] methyl } benzoic acid (linked molecular) , then reacted with glycine protected by Fmoc, and deprotected to successful attached glycine. The results showed that 1 was a new kind of support for solid phase synthesis.%以玻璃珠为基质,通过NH3/H2O2/H2O处理,完成表面羟基化修饰;再采用氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的甲苯溶液处理,完成硅烷氨基化修饰羟基制得表面功能基团为氨基的新型固相合成载体(1),其氨基含量为8.9×10-3 mmol·g-1.1与连接分子4-[4-(羟甲基)苯氧基]-甲基苯甲酸经过氨基与羧基缩合反应制得带连接臂的固相载体;再与Fmoc保护的甘氨酸反应和脱保护,成功地键合甘氨酸,充分证明1作为新型载体的可行性.
