2-苯硫基苯并咪唑的合成

摘要

在不使用金属催化剂、配体及强碱的情况下,以DMF为溶剂,于130℃反应24h,2-巯基苯并咪唑与二苯基碘三氟甲磺酸盐高选择性地发生芳基化反应,合成了2-苯硫基苯并咪唑,收率80.7％,其结构经1 H NMR和13C NMR确证.%2-(Phenylthio benzimidazole(l) was synthesized by the highly selectivity arylation of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole with diphenylene iodonium trifluoro methanesulfonate in DMF at 130℃ for 24 h in yield of 80. 7% without metal catalyst, ligand and alkali. The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
