灯盏乙素苷元醚类衍生物的合成

摘要

以灯盏乙素为原料,通过水解与醚化反应合成了三个灯盏乙素酯类中间体与13个灯盏乙素苷元醚类衍生物(4a ～4m),其结构经1H NMR和MS表征,其中4d,4f～4m为新化合物.%Three ester scutellarin intermediates and thirteen scutellarein ether derivatives(4a ~4m) were synthesized from scutellarin by hydrolysis and etherification. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR and MS. 4d, 4f ~4m were new compounds.
