Construction of scientific research platform were analyzed and summarized from 7 aspects such as construction of infrastructure,e-quipment use and training,scientific research support,personnel training,management system,open research and aca-demic exchanges in the"12th five- year"period. Research direction in the"13th five- year"period was suggested.
