一种大电流高精度电流源设计

         

摘要

针对传统电流源精度较低和难以扩展的问题,提出了一种大电流高精度电流源设计方法.在对设计方案进行分析的基础上,采用大电流运算放大器和高性能控制器进行设计;针对精度和实时性要求,采用模糊PI控制方法;针对大电流输出问题,采用多器件并联方法,并解决环流问题;同时设置了多重软件保护.实验结果表明:该方案的电流源不但达到了技术要求,能够稳定可靠工作,并且易于扩展.%According to the traditional current source with low precision and low extensibility,a design of high-current and high precision current source is proposed. On the basis of the analysis of the design, high-current operational amplifier and high-performance controller are employed in the design;the fuzzy PI controller is adopted to achieve the accuracy and real-time requirements;multi-device parallel method is used to deal with high output current,while the circulation problem of this method would be solved;besides,multiple software protection is set. The experiment shows that the current source not only meets the technical requirements,and can operate stably and reliably,but has excellent expansibility.
