商业模式创新对财务绩效的影响:一个整合模型

摘要

This paper classifies business model innovation into two types,namely efficiency-centered business model innovation and novelty-centered business model innovation.It develops a conceptual model to explore the effect of business model innovation on firm's financial performance by using market performance as the mediator and environmental uncertainty as the moderator.An empirical study with a sample of 133 firms is conducted in one province in China.These results show that both efficiency-centered and novelty-centered business model innovation have a positive effect on market performance and financial performance,while the directly impact on financial performance of efficiency-centered business model innovation is greater than novelty-centered business model innovation.Then,market performance partly mediates the relationship between business model innovation and financial performance,while environmental uncertainty negatively moderates the relationship between novelty-centered business model innovation and market performance and the relationship with financial performance.%本文将商业模式创新分为效率型商业模式创新和新颖型商业模式创新两种类型,以市场绩效为中介变量,环境不确定性为调节变量,构建出商业模式创新对财务绩效影响的整合模型,并以某省133家企业为样本进行实证检验.研究发现,两种类型商业模式创新都能促进市场绩效和财务绩效,且效率型商业模式创新对财务绩效的直接影响大于新颖型商业模式创新的影响;市场绩效部分中介商业模式创新对财务绩效的影响;环境不确定性负向调节新颖型商业模式创新对市场绩效和财务绩效的影响.
