隐性知识在开放式创新与创新绩效中的调节作用——基于信息通信产业的实证研究

摘要

This paper discussed the moderating role of tacit knowledge in the open innovation process.Based on the survey study of information and telecommunication industry,some interesting findings were exhibited as follows.First,both inbound open innovation and outbound open innovation have significant positive effects on innovation performance.Second,the tacit knowledge acts as a positive moderating role in both inbound open innovation and outbound open innovation process.According to the findings,some suggestions were given in the end.Enterprises should not only concentrate on absorbing creative from others but also actively commercialize patents outside by means of authorization.At the same time,they should pay attention to the accumulation of tacit knowledge,so that the positive effect on open innovation performance would be enlarged by the moderating effect of tacit knowledge.At last,the conclusions and suggestions are also applied to other knowledge-intensive industries.%论文基于信息通信产业的调查数据探讨了隐性知识在开放式创新过程中所起的调节作用,研究结果表明:内向与外向开放式创新均对创新绩效起到正向影响作用;组织的隐性知识在两种开放式创新过程中均起到正向的调节作用.根据实证结果,建议企业从外部获取创意的同时积极通过授权等途径将技术、专利外部商业化,并注重隐性知识的获取与积累,从而放大开放式创新对创新绩效的促进作用.研究结论及建议同样适用于其他知识密集型产业.
