源头性技术创新与国家创新系统

摘要

源头性技术创新是转变经济发展方式的重要驱动力.近年来中国出现的源头性技术创新机构对于我国工业突破技术瓶颈、实现创新转型提供了新的思路.本文拟以国家创新系统视角探索从基础科学技术研究到技术创新产业化的机制以及重要性,结合中国现有源头性技术创新机构的发展实践,讨论国家创新系统的动力机制.%The innovation of original and substmctural technology is important in facilitating China's transition towards an innovative e-conomy. The emerging institutes specialized in this domain proffer a new paradigm. By exploring the theoretical significance of the interaction between basic S&T research and the industrialization, this paper highlights the original innovation as the dynamics of national innovation system.
