基于复杂适应系统视角的“城中村”管理分析

In previous study of urban villages, macro and micro analysis were disconnected. The early researches were also lack of systematic understanding. This paper, based on the CAS theory, proposed to recognize the basic frame work of urban villages. It summer-ized the governmental management model and the development model of urban villages. It also conducted a case study of Beijing Gao Beidian Village, hoping to pcovide new strategies for urban villages' management.%在城中村已有研究中,宏观与微观分析之间缺乏有机联系,并缺少系统性的认知.本文基于复杂适应系统理论提出了认识城中村的基本框架,并总结了基于“刺激-反应”的政府管理模型和基于回声模型的城中村发展模型,在此基础上,对北京市高碑店村进行了实证分析,以期为城中村管理提供新的思路.
