This article has an empirical test on the impact of China's agricultural policy-oriented finance on agricultural economic sustainable growth, based on Chinese provincial panel data from 1995 to 2009. The conclusion showed that; （C）Agricultural policy-oriented finance has a positive effect on agricultural economic sustainable growth in East China, but has a negative effect in the southwest region , while not significant in other areas; (C)The impact mechanism of agricultural policy-oriented finance on agricultural economic sustainable growth is to promote technology innovation rather than efficiency improvement; (R)Based on the impact mechanism of technology spillover absorptive capacity, resource curse, pollution heaven hypothesis, green performance of agricultural policy-oriented finance's in East China is superior to other areas. China should increase investment in personnel training, energy saving and emission reduction, environmental regulation, etc. China should avoid resources curse effect, prevent pollution heaven formation, to achieve the sustainable development of agricultural economy.%基于1995-2009年中国省际面板数据,实证检验了中国农业政策性金融对农业经济可持续增长的影响.结论表明:①农业政策性金融对华东地区农业经济可持续增长起积极作用,对西南地区农业经济可持续增长起负面作用,其他地区不显著；②农业政策性金融对农业经济可持续增长的作用机制,在于促进技术创新而非效率改进；③基于技术溢出吸收能力、资源诅咒、污染天堂假说等的作用机制,华东地区农业政策性金融的绿色绩效明显优于其他地区.中国应该在人才培养、节能减排和环境规制等方面加大投入,提高技术吸收能力,规避资源诅咒效应,防止污染天堂形成,实现全国农业经济的可持续发展.
