整合相关要素形成创新网络是提高创新效率的重要方式.本文在概括有关创新网络内涵、形态和功能等文献的基础上,分析了欧洲国家创新网络化的两种新模式:一是建立开放式的创意网络,形成跨领域的创新平台；二是建立孵化器网络,对接公共资源和产业创新需求.结合中国创新资源集成、整合的要求,提出了从基地建设、服务体系建设和集群建设等角度,推进我国创新资源网络化的建议.%It is an important way to improve the efficiency of innovation when some relevant elements are integrated and formatted as innovation networks. On the base of overviewing the content, shape and function of the innovation network, this paper analyzed the two new modes of innovation network in Europe. One is to format the cross-feilds platform for innovation by setting up an open innovation network , the other one is to establish the incubator network so as to link the public resources with the demand for enterprises. According to the requirements for integration of innovation resources in China, this paper gave some recommendations from the perspective of building some major innovation bases, innovation service system and innovative clusters to promote the innovative network in China.
