本研究突破现有合作绩效的静态研究视角,将三方合作视为一个协同演化系统,通过结构方程模型,对合作绩效的考量体系进行了重新划分,实证检验了合作网络结构对合作绩效的影响,并得出“企业通过弱关系探寻新的发展机遇,只有建立强关系才能带来最终收益”和“合作绩效更重要的体现是对企业网络结构的优化”两个结论,现实中的三方合作虽然更多是出自机构管理层的主观意识结果,但规范性研究对三方合作网络的有意识缔结仍然具有较高的实践指导价值,为提高合作绩效与促进三方合作动机提出了新的思路.%Taking tripartite cooperation as a collaborative evolution system, this research through existing study perspective of cooperation performance, regroups the evaluation indicators of cooperation performance by structure equation model, and empirically analyzes cooperation network structure's influence on cooperative performance. It two conclusions: Enterprise explore new development opportunities through the weak ties, while only by establishing a strong relationship can bring eventually yield, Collaboration performance more reflected in enterprises'social network structure optimization. Although tripartite cooperation comes from the subjective behavior of managers, normative research still has highly practical value, offering us with new ideas to improve the performance and promote cooperation motive.
