我国劳动者素质现状、评价及其对策

         

摘要

To speed up the transformation of the mode of economic development, We should improve laborer quality, establish a set of more scientific and reasonable labor quality index system. This papre through the calculation obtains the accurate laborer quality scores. It evaluates the quality of our country laborer status by using the data from 1985 to 2009, gets a relatively objective description of Chinese laborer quality status development trend index and the growth rate of labor quality. Finally, this paper studies on how to play the role of innovation talents with high quality, reduce the loss of high-quality personnel, undertook the analysis of deep administrative levels.%本文从加快转变经济发展方式就应该提高劳动者素质的角度,建立一套较为科学合理的劳动者素质指标体系,并通过计算得到劳动者素质分数,利用1985-2009年的数据对我国劳动者素质状况进行了综合评价,得到一个比较客观描述我国劳动者素质状况发展趋势的指数和劳动者素质增长率.最后,对高素质人才如何发挥创新作用,减少高素质人才的流失,进行了深层次的分析.
