摘要

Transforming basic research innovative achievements to defense technologies is very important for maximizing our country's investing benefit, and accelerating the modernization of national defense. This paper studies the main measures and main features of some countries to reinforce the basic research achievements transformation, and proposes the inspiration for China to strengthen the transforming of basic research achievements to defense technologies.%推动民口基础研究成果向国防领域的转化应用,对于充分发挥国家投资效益、加速国防现代化建设具有重要意义.本文系统梳理了主要国家推进民口基础研究成果向国防领域转化应用的主要做法,在此基础上立足国情提出了推动中国民口基础研究成果向国防领域转化应用的几点启示建议.
