基于灰色关联的区域知识竞争力实证研究——以安徽省为例

摘要

从知识经济倾向、知识要素禀赋、知识环境和知识产出四个角度构建知识竞争力评价指标体系,结合熵权法和灰色关联分析法,计算出安徽省2001-2010年知识竞争力水平,实证分析了各影响因素对知识竞争力的贡献程度.研究发现:安徽省知识竞争力与各影响因素都具有显著的相关关系,但不同因素的贡献程度存在一定差别；知识环境和知识产出是影响安徽省知识竞争力的两个关键因素,其中又分别以金融环境和技术市场成交合同金额的关联度最高；知识经济倾向越强不一定越能促进知识竞争力的发展.%Based on the construction of regional knowledge competitiveness evaluation system from four aspects of knowledge economy tendency, knowledge capital, knowledge institution and knowledge outputs, this study employs entropy weight coefficient and grey correlation method to empirically investigate the effect of different factor on knowledge competitiveness with the related data of Anhui during the period 2001-2010. The main findings include: All selected indexes make obvious influence in Anhui knowledge competitiveness, although certain difference exists among indexes; Knowledge institution and knowledge outputs are statistically significant in enhancing the innovation efficiency, of which the correlation degree of financial related indexes and value of contract deals in domestic technical markets play positive parts; Stronger knowledge economy tendency not always promotes more powerful regional knowledge competitiveness.
