我国疫苗生产企业核心竞争力评价指标体系研究

摘要

Core competence evaluation index system for domestic vaccine manufacturing enterprises can be a reference for developing the competitive power of domestic enterprises. This article constructs an evaluation index system for domestic vaccine manufacturing enterprises by the major methods of SWOT analysis, expert investigation and analytic hierarchy process. Two companies were selected to launch a case study so as to prove the feasibility of the evaluation index system.%探讨如何评价我国疫苗生产企业是否拥有核心竞争力、核心竞争力的强弱程度,能够为我国疫苗生产企业培育和提高核心竞争力、进一步增强竞争能力提供参考依据.本文在文献调研的基础上,应用SWOT分析法、层次分析法、专家调查法等构建了我国疫苗生产企业核心竞争力评价指标体系,并选择了2家疫苗生产企业进行实证研究,初步验证了评价指标体系的可行性.
