本文以美国专利数据库收录的,2004-2008年间的发明人国别包含中国的已授权专利作为研究对象,从中国国际科技合作专利的逐年发展情况、技术领域分布情况以及合作的影响力等三个方面,对中国国际科技合作发展现状与趋势进行全面的解读,从而为中国政府制定国际科技合作领域的战略规划与发展计划提供决策支持.%Based on the USPTO-granted patents with at least one inventor from Chinese mainland, this paper elaborates the status and development trends of international science and technology collaboration of China from 2004 to 2008, through the analysis of patent distribution in the year and the technology area. Additionally, it analyzes the citation impact of international collaboration to provide an objective statistic reference for future policy directions.
