基于DEA的我国区域知识转移效率评价

摘要

Based on the panel data from 2004 to 2008 and the method of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), this paper analyzes the efficiency of regional knowledge transfer in China. The results show that the whole efficiency is not high, and varies in different areas. Different from the existing research, we further analyze the reasons for them from the perspective of knowledge transfer theory, which include four main factors of knowledge, source, recipient and transfer environment. From the above, an important enlightenment is that every region need to take some governance mechanisms to improve regional knowledge transfer efficiency in China, according to the characteristics of knowledge transfer and its own innovation objectives.%基于2004—2008年的面板数据和DEA方法,评价了我国区域知识转移效率.结果显示,我国区域知识转移的整体效率不高,且存在明显的区域差异.有别于以往的研究,本文进一步从知识转移理论的视角,分析了导致产生这些结果的四个主要因素,包括知识、知识源、知识接收方和转移环境.从中得到一个重要的启示是,要提高知识转移的效率,我国各区域需要根据知识转移的本质特征,结合技术创新目标,采取相应的知识治理措施.
