课题组就科研环境的问题采用问卷和访谈的方式对留学归国人员进行了调查,对调查结果进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了加大科技投入的力度,在科研单位“去行政化”等方面的政策建议.%The research group made a survey of returned students on research environment by sending the questionnaires and interviewing, and the survey results were analyzed. Finally, this paper put forward some policy suggestions, such as increasing investment in science and technology, getting rid of the administralization in the research units.
