促进女性科技人员发展的意义及相关措施

Female scientists' attainment and status in science and technology has been lagged behind of male scientists in China for along time. This "bottle neck" in the career development restricts the development of female scientists. Promoting the development ofFemale scientists is in accordance with the idea of social equity, and is also beneficial to the development of science and society.Policies and measures adopted by foreign governments and institutions in promoting female scientists may be useful for Chinesegovernment.%我国科技领域长期存在女性的成就和地位远落后于男性的现象.这一职业发展的“瓶颈”制约着女性科技人员的发展.促进女性科技人员的成长发展符合社会公平的理念,也有利于科技和社会发展.国外相关政府和机构促进女性科技人员发展的政策和措施可以为我国的相关政策制定提供借鉴.
