出生巨大儿的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，其可能与妊娠糖尿病、肥胖、妊娠时体质量增加等有关。巨大儿在儿童时期易出现肥胖，成年后罹患糖尿病、高血压、心血管疾病的风险增加。出生巨大儿的生长发育状况引起关注。%The incidence of macrosomia was increasing year by year, which may be associated with gestational diabetes, obesity and pregnancy weight gain. The study showed that macrosomia was prone to obesity in childhood, and diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascu-lar disease in adulthood. The growth and development status of macrosomia in childhood is worthy of attention.
