依库珠单抗治疗补体调节异常性肾脏病研究进展

补体系统异常活化在许多疾病的发生及发展过程中占据重要地位,肾脏尤其容易受累.文章介绍抗补体C5单克隆抗体依库珠单抗在补体调节异常性肾脏病治疗中的研究进展.%The abnormal activation of complement system plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development of many diseases and the kidney is especially easy to be involved. In this review, the clinical effect of eculizumab, a humanized monoclonal anti-C5 antibody, on complement-related kidney disease will be discussed.
