川崎病患儿血清巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1α含量变化及与冠状动脉扩张的相关性

         

摘要

目的 探讨血清巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)水平在川崎病(KD)患儿中的变化及其与冠状动脉扩张的相关性.方法 选取急性期KD 患儿30 例,其中11 例有急性期冠脉扩张;正常对照组20 例.采用酶联免疫法检测血清MIP-1α水平,超声心动图检测冠状动脉扩张程度;分析血清MIP-1α水平变化及其与冠脉扩张程度的相关性.结果 KD 急性期患儿的血清MIP-1α水平为(82.42±12.16)ng/L,高于正常对照组(37.22±3.41)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠脉扩张KD 患儿的MIP-1α水平为(88.28±10.10)ng/L,高于冠脉正常KD 患儿(73.61±1.26)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).KD 患儿血清MIP-1α水平与冠脉扩张程度呈正相关(r=0.452,P<0.05).结论 KD 急性期患儿的血清MIP-1α水平明显升高,而伴冠脉损伤的KD 患儿的水平更高;MIP-1α水平与冠状动脉扩张程度呈正相关.%Objectives To detect serum MIP-1a level in children with Kawasaki disease (KD), and to investigate the relationship between MIP-1a and coronary artery dilatation. Methods The levels of serum MIP-1a from 30 acute KD patients, among them 11 patients with coronary artery dilatation, and 20 healthy children were detected by enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay. The degree of coronary artery dilatation was detected by ultrasonic cardiogram and its association with MIP-1a was performed. Results The level of serum MIP-1a in acute KD patients (82.42?2.16 ng/L) was obviously higher than that in healthy children (37.22?.41 ng/L) (P<0.05). The level of serum MIP-1a in acute KD patients with coronary artery dilatation (88.28?0.10 ng/L) was higher than that in KD patients with non-coronary artery dilatation (73.61?.26 ng/L) (P<0.05). In addition, the level of serum MIP-1a in KD patients showed positive correlation with the degree of coronary artery dilatation (r=0.452, P<0.05). Conclusions The level of serum MIP-1a in KD patients is obviously higher and further higher in KD patients with coronary artery dilatation. The serum MIP-1a level in KD patients shows positive correlation with the degree of coronary artery dilatation.
