通腑汤对胃肠动力影响的实验研究

摘要

目的：研究通腑汤对胃肠动力的影响。方法：以甘草煎剂灌胃造成胃肠气滞证动物模型，观察通腑汤对小鼠小肠推进运动、大鼠胃肠电快波数的影响。结果：通腑汤能增强胃肠气滞证小鼠的小肠推进运动，其作用与西沙必利相似；通腑汤能增加模型大鼠胃肠电的快波数。结论：通腑汤对胃、十二指肠乃至回肠均有较好的促动力作用。%Objective The purpose of the observation was to study the effects of Tongfu decoction (TFD) on the gastrointestinal motility. Methods The animal model of Qi stagnation was established by licorice root decoction (LRD). And then,the tension of the small intestine in mice and the number of circle of the gastrointestinal electrical activity in rats were observed. Results TFD increases the tension of the intestine in mice and the number af fast waves in rats. Conclusion TFD facilitates the motility of stomach, duodenum and ileum.
