目的:探讨组织扩张器(TE)延长神经后神经长度、功能和组织学变化。方法:TE以不同程度(8d共注水分别为2、4及8ml)及不同速度(分别于8、12及16d注水8ml)延长坐骨神经,对延长后神经进行电生理学、组织学检测,并进行组内比较。结果:(1)神经延长后,其传导速度(NCV)、复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP)有一定程度降低,组织学有改变;(2)重度延长组(8ml组)改变比轻度延长组(2ml组)、中度延长组(4ml组)更为明显,快速延长组(8d组)比中速延长组(12 d组)、慢速延长组(16 d组)改变更为明显。结论:(1)TE可有效地延长神经长度,同时神经伴有功能和组织学改变;(2)神经延长长度越长、速度越快,这些改变越明显。%Objective The purpose of the observation was to study the changes in peripheral nerve which has been stretched with tissue expander (TE).Method Sciatic nerves of rats were stretched with TE in different degree (2 ml,4 ml,8 ml) and different speeds of elongation(8 d, 12 d, 16 d). The changes in electrophysiology and morphology of the stretched nerve were observed. Reslts 1. The stretched nerves show some function and histological abnormals. 2. The function and histological changes in the nerves of 8 ml group were greater than those in 2 ml and 4 ml groups. These changes in the nerves of 8 d group were greater than those in 12 d and 16 d group. Conclusion 1. TE can elongate the nerve successfully. 2. Nerves undergoing rapid and long expansion show greater changes in electrophysiology and histology.
