中药有效成分作用于肝星状细胞抗肝纤维化分子机制研究进展

摘要

肝纤维化是多种慢性肝病进展至肝硬化的中间过程,抑制肝星状细胞(HSC)激活,促进HSC凋亡两方面成为预防和治疗肝纤维化的关键.中药能够多途径、多靶点,通过多种细胞因子及细胞通路作用于HSC,发挥抗肝纤维化作用.该文总结HSC激活及凋亡主要分子机制,及近几年有关中药有效成分作用于HSC抗肝纤维化分子机制研究,为深入开展抗肝纤维化提供参考.%Hepatic fibrosis is an integral clinicopathological condition of chronic liver disease.Inhibition of HSC activation and clearance of activated HSC become key to the prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis.Chinese medicine antiliver fibrosis of active by measures of multi-channel,multi-target and a variety of cytokines and cell pathway in hepatic stellate cells,molecular mechanim of the activation and apoptosis of HSC and the studies on the anti-liver fibrosis of active ingredients were reviewed in this paper,which could provide some references for the further study about the anti-hepatic fibrosis.
