日光温室气雾培生产系统的设计

         

摘要

目前气雾培生产过程中存在环境调控准确度低、生产系统运行不稳定,种植面积小,导致先进新技术无法最大限度的实现高产、优质、高效的问题.本文以合理光照条件扩大种植面积及采用PLC快速、准确、灵活实现稳定植物生长环境的构建为设计核心,确定气雾培生产系统布局参数,优化气雾培生产系统结构组成、形式及工作、尺寸参数,确定PLC控制结构及参数,设计了适用于实际生产要求的日光温室气雾培生产系统.试验结果表明,各区域管路终端压力变化范围在3%以内;各区域终端栽培床内温度差异及各区域终端栽培床与贮液池内营养液温度差异均小于2℃;各区域终端栽培床内湿度变化小于1%;回流管路营养液回流时间小于30 min,所有测试指标均符合生产要求,为进一步推动气雾培技术在设施农业中的应用推广创造条件.%There are the problems of low environmental control accuracy, unstable production system and small planting area in the process of aerosol-culture production at present. Because of the problems advanced new technologies of aerosol-culture production can't maximize the realization of high yield, quality and efficiency. In order to solve the problems, aerosol-culture production system was studied, focusing on the reasonable illumination conditions to expand the planting area and PLC for construction of stable plant growth environment to get accurate, rapid, and flexible. Determining layout parameters of the aerosol-culture production system, optimizing the structure, form, work parameters and size parameters, determining the structure and parameters of PLC control were researched. Afterwards, aerosolculture production system in sunlight greenhouse was designed suitable for the actual production requirements. The test results showed that the each terminal pressure of the regional pipeline in regions changed within 3%; the temperature differences in the terminal cultivation beds were less than 2 ℃ ; the temperature differences of nutrient solution between in terminal cultivation bed in the each region and in the storage tank were less than 2 ℃ ; the humidity in terminal cultivation bed in the each region was less than 1%; reflux time of nutrient solution in reflux pipeline was less than 30 min; all the test indexes met the production requirements. The production system will create conditions for further promoting the application of aerosol-culture technology in facility agriculture.
