基于农户特征的连续务农及稳定参保行为影响因素探究--以湖南省鼎城区匡家桥村为例

E xploring the characteristics of continuous farm ing households and factors affecting their stable participation in agriculture insurance can help understand the farm ers’internal driving force in both agricultural production and agriculture insurance participation w hich sets the basis of the synergistic developm ent of these tw o aspects. W ith a consecutive 4-year farm er household sam ple, non-param etric test is used to reveal the characteristics of continuous farm ing households. Focusing on farm households’socio-econom ic characteristics, then a structural equation m odel (SEM )com bined w ith exploratory factoranalysisisused to identify the factorslinked to the stable behaviorofagriculture insurance participation under the current agriculture insurance system of C hina. T he results show that the factors of capitals, chem ical usage have significant positive relationship w ith farm ers’ continuous insurance behavior and experience factor is significantly negative related to it. A m ong these three significant factors, chem ical usage plays a dominantroleforitscoefficientisoneandahalftimescapitalfactorand1.4timesexperiencefactor.M oreover,variables inexperienceandlaborrelatedcapitalfactorsshow consistenteffectsonbothbehaviorsofcontinuousfarmingandstable participation in agriculture insurance.%了解连续务农农户的特征及其稳定参与农业保险的影响因素，有助于探究我国农户连续开展农业生产以及参与农业保险的内在驱动力，有助于理解农业生产和保险两者间协同持续发展的基础。基于2007-2010年湖南省匡家桥村连续四年的定点农户级样本数据，使用非参数检验确定连续务农农户特征，并结合探索性因子分析构建结构方程模型，以农户社会经济特征为主要考虑对象，探究现行农业保险制度下，农户稳定参保行为的影响因素。结果表明，资本、化学品投入两因子显著正向影响农户是否稳定参保，而经验因子显著负向影响农户的稳定参保行为。三个显著的因子中，化学品投入具有更大的影响作用，其影响系数是资本因子的1.5倍，经验因子的1.4倍。此外，经验因子和资本因子中劳动力资本相关的特征变量对农户连续务农和稳定参保行为的影响方向一致，具有同向性。
