Scape Greenwich is a 280-room student housing development. The scheme uses an in-situ concrete frame, with exposed concrete soffits and cores expressed throughout the building. The facade comprises a series of articulated precast concrete panels with large window openings that convey the modulation of the student rooms beyond.
