Concrete products are no longer cast out into the exterior realm. The trend of bringing the outdoors indoors is increasingly upheld by commercial design teams and specifiers, as they introduce a broader range of external products into the interior space. Specifications extend beyond the cursory hard-wearing benefits of solid poured concrete, with considerations for the aesthetic, environmental and functional credentials of the products available, demonstrating that concrete can offer far more than a standard, one-size-fits-all solution.
