Midlands-based precast concrete design-and-build firm PCE has completed the construction of a 50-cell police custody suite at Forth Banks in the centre of Newcastle-upon-Tyne - in a shed. The structure in question is a Grade II listed Victorian railway shed in the city's Stephenson area within a stone's throw of Newcastle Central Station. Concrete report.
