Engineering developments in sprayed concrete

The third International conference on engineering developments in shotcrete was held in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia on 2-4 April. The event was organised by the Australian Shotcrete Society with the assistance of the American Shotcrete Association and Norwegian Concrete Association. With 112 delegates, more than half from overseas, a total of 34 papers were presented on diverse and interesting topics relating to sprayed concrete, with 24 speakers travelling from Asia, Europe, and North America. The conference chairman was Stefan Bernard from the University of Western Sydney, Australia.
