SLM Challenge For Service Providers

Service providers offering IP, frame relay, ATM, ISP, Web hosting, VPN, or any other managed WAN services were invited to detail how to pro-vide service-level management metrics such as availability, reliability, and response times to their customers. These key parameters are to be measured for all delivered services from an end-to-end perspective; end-to-end is defined as the connectivity path between customer's entry and exit points.
