Until now, a successful videoconferencing session has required special equipment and at minimum, dedicated ISDN lines. But startup Ridgeway Systems & Software Ltd. aims to change that. Its VX-120 switch lets carriers furnish videoconferencing services between any two customers over the existing voice and data infrastructure.
